This Southwest Florida homeowner came to United Construction looking to transform their outdated laundry room into a clean, modern space that offered both style and improved functionality. The existing cabinetry and flooring were worn and outdated, and the old appliances no longer suited their lifestyle.
They wanted a laundry room that felt more organized, easier to maintain, and consistent with the rest of their home’s updated style. We were happy to bring their vision to life.
Our team started with a full demolition, removing:
- Dated upper and lower cabinets
- Worn-out flooring
- Old, inefficient appliances
- Basic shelving and builder-grade finishes
With the space cleared, we began the remodel by installing new white shaker cabinetry, offering a timeless, clean look with vastly improved storage. We laid modern plank flooring for a durable, easy-to-clean surface that adds warmth and texture to the room.
We also installed:

- Custom wall shelving for added storage and utility
- A new sink basin with modern fixture
- Fresh wall paint in a bright, neutral tone to reflect light and enhance the room’s airy feel
